Ogbono Soup

Ogbono soup is a popular, hearty Nigerian delicacy known for its distinctive viscous or “draw” (slimy) texture. It is a thick, flavorful stew made from the ground seeds of the African wild mango, also known as Dika nut (Irvingia gabonensis).
