Chin Chin

Chin-chin is a popular West African, particularly Nigerian, snack. It’s a fried pastry made from flour, sugar, eggs, salt, and baking powder, and sometimes milk or butter. The dough is rolled out into thin strips, cut into small pieces, and then deep-fried until golden brown and crispy. Chin-chin can be served plain or with toppings.
