Ofor (Soup thickener) Grounded/Ungrounded

Ofor powder is a natural soup thickener used in Nigerian cuisine, in the preparation of Oha soup and Afang soup. It’s made from the finely ground root of the Detarium microcarpum tree, ofor seed.
